Your maximum out-of-pocket expense will be $299.00 or less.

This includes any necessary

x-rays, consultation, exams, spinal adjustments, and any heat/ice or inter-segmental traction therapy.

Compare the costs:

• A single visit to an urgent care center will run $150-250
• One day of physical therapy will cost $125-200 on average
• Back surgery can range in cost from $10,000-30,000

Terms and conditions of the $299.00 or less offer

1. The $299.00 fee must be paid on the initial visit. We accept cash, personal check, and credit/debit cards.
2. The $299.00 credit will be applied to your account and your account will be charged the usual and customary fees for all services provided.  The maximum out-of-pocket expense you have will be $299.00  for the 3 weeks of care provided.
3. If you have insurance with low co-pays and/or your deductible has been met, it may be more beneficial for you not to participate in the $299.00 offer. In that case, we bill your insurance company our usual and customary fees and you are responsible for your co-pays and deductible.
